Comments: Re-inspection following 8/15/17 inspection. As per interview with food service worker (Sara Stanley), owner (Tim English) has educated food service workers on washing raw vegetables. Food service workers are now washing raw vegetables with potable water prior to slicing and service. Food service workers have also received training on washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Discussed separating personal items from food service operations. An indirect drain has been installed at the vegetable prep sink. All single service items are stored at least six inches off the floor at time of inspection.
