As per interview with Owner; fryers located at the sauté station have been replaced because previous fryers were leaking oil and grease. Owner states tile floor beneath the fryers at the sauté station have been replaced. Floor beneath fryers adequately clean and the tile is in good repair at time of inspection. No flies or maggots observed at time of inspection. Monthly pest control reports shall continue to be submitted to this Department. Chemical test strips for sanitizing solution available at time of inspection. Kitchen Manager (Rob) tested sanitizing solution used for cleaning surfaces at the prep station at time of inspection; sanitizing solution measuring 200 ppm. (1.5)
