As per interview with Owner; facility opens at noon daily, no food is served on Monday or Tuesday, food is served Wednesday-Friday starting at 4pm. Discussed sick food worker policy, hand washing, and using a barrier when handling ready-to eat-food items. Food products are purchased from Restaurant Depot. All cold hold temperatures measuring 45 degrees or below at time of inspection. NYSDOH glove use and hand washing brochure and hand wash stickers provided at time of inspection. 2
