Comments: Second re-inspection following initial inspection on 3/15/18. First re-inspection conducted on 4/30/18. All food items stored at least six inches off the floor in the dry storage room at time of re-inspection. No rodent droppings observed in dry storage room at time of re-inspection. Door sweeps have been affixed to the door at the employee entrance in the kitchen and the double doors in the service hallway located near the water park concession stand. No light observed from the exterior at time of re-inspection. Wall behind the mechanical dish washer adequately clean, no mold observed. All previous violations corrected. (1.5)

Walk-in freezer door properly closing and sealing at time of inspection. Fountain drink dispenser located at The Oasis waitress service station adequately clean. Reviewed The Oasis weekly waitress cleaning checklist at time of inspection. Checklist includes cleaning the soda machine (including the nozzles) twice per week. Wall located in the cabinet beneath the fountain drink dispenser at the waitress service station adequately clean and re-painted; no mold observed. Sides of fryers and flat top grill located in the main kitchen adequately clean at time of inspection. Floor beneath the fryers in the main kitchen adequately clean. As per telephone conversation with Chef (Kevin Ball) at time of inspection; food workers are required to clean floors beneath equipment in the kitchen every Thursday morning. Sneeze guards on the buffet line located in The Oasis dining room adequately clean at time of inspection; no dust observed. As per telephone conversation with Chef (Kevin Ball) at time of inspection; Terminix Pest Control services have been scheduled for the kitchen within the next month. All outstanding violations to be corrected within 30 days of inspection. Chef shall contact this Department upon correction of all outstanding violations. (2)
