Floors and walls throughout kitchen adequately clean. Exterior surfaces of fryers adequately clean. As per interview with Cook; he is cleaning the exterior of fryers on a weekly basis and cleaning floors and walls, as needed. A pipe was replaced on the previously leaking condenser located in the walk-in cooler; no leaking water observed at time of inspection.
