Comments: Re-inspection conducted following 12/27/18 inspection. Floors and walls throughout kitchen adequately clean. Exterior surfaces of fryers adequately clean. As per interview with Cook; he is cleaning the exterior of fryers on a weekly basis and cleaning floors and walls, as needed. A pipe was replaced on the previously leaking condenser located in the walk-in cooler; no leaking water observed at time of inspection. The Black True cooler located near the walk-in cooler free of standing water. As per interview with owner; the vegetable prep sink is now only used for rinsing raw produce. 2
