No food debris found in hand wash sink behind front counter.

Hand wash stations ok, 3-bay sink is wash, rinse ,sanitize, air day, mop sink has back flow preventer, food rinse sink is indirectly driaining. Hand barriers used, hair is restrained. Choking poster, cpr kit sign, and permit are all posted in public view. Restrooms ok. Time as a Public Health Control for the pizza in the front show case is in place. List of pizzas and times is present at the display case.
