Currently there is no sanitizer available at the facility for the automatic dishwahser. Per interview with owner, sanitizer buckets have been ordered and staff are using a manual sanitize step at the nearby 3-compartment sink using a bleach & water solution immediately after being removed from dishwasher. 2. Room where pizza oven is located is not accessible, blocked off with black sheet plastic. As a reminder, use of the pizza oven is prohibited until a copy of a recent fire safety inspection from the Warren County Code Enforcement Office stating the pizza oven has been installed according to code and is approved for operation is submitted to the Glens Falls District Office AND a pre-operational inspection is performed by a representative of the Glens Falls District Office. 3. Single door line cooler is not in good working order and is not capable of cold holding foods below 45°F. Staff are placing containers of food on top of ice in the top section of this cooler. Temps of these food items were recorded below 45°F. As a reminder, if food temperatures rise above 45°F, this is a violation of the NYS Sanitary Code. 4. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner. |
