Comments: Comments only: 1. Facility lost power Friday May 4th around 11PM. Power was back on Sunday, May 6th around 7PM. A large cooler full of food was found in kitchen. Most of the ice had melted. Owner, Ronald Walker explained the above power outage and had no intensions of serving or saving this food product. Ronald voluntarily discarded a gallon of milk, sour cream, and frozen, pre-cooked, package of spinach that was stored in this cooler. 2. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.

To date, no documentation has been submitted. Please contact the Warren County Code Enforcement Office and submit a copy of the C o C as soon as possible. I issued a copy of the 1/15/14 letter to owner, Ronald Walker. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.
