Inspection Results

Date: 2018-11-08 Type: Inspection Violations: 0 critical, 0 noncritical
Comments: No violations noted at the time of the inspection. Operator showed me temperature logs.
Date: 2017-10-20 Type: Inspection Violations: 0 critical, 0 noncritical
Comments: Comments only: 1. Observed a small dog inside facility. Kitchen and seating are all located in one room, there are no dividing walls. The dog was not in the food prep area and stayed over near desk where paperwork is performed. Per interview with food worker, the dog belongs to her and is a “therapy dog.” Please ensure that the dog is restricted from accessing/entering the food service preparation area. Contact with the dog by kitchen staff is prohibited. If accidental contact if made with the dog, kitchen staff must immediately wash their hands thoroughly. 2. No violations observed during inspection.
Date: 2016-04-26 Type: Inspection Violations: 2 critical, 1 noncritical
Item 2C (Critical): Cooked or prepared foods are subject to cross-contamination from raw foods.
Item 5C (Critical): Potentially hazardous foods are not stored under refrigeration except during necessary preparation or approved precooling procedures (room temperature storage).
Item 11A: Manual facilities inadequate, technique incorrect; mechanical facilities not operated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
Comments: Comments only: 1. Per interview with Linda Lewis, dirty mop water is dumped down the toilet. Code says disposal of dirty mop water in lavatories is prohibited. There is no designated mop sink present at facility. Code does not prohibit disposal of mop water down employee handwash sinks, so this is an option. 2. Per interview with Linda, food prep is done in 2 bay sink (employee handwash sink) which is not equipped with an indirect drain to waste. All 3 bays of the 3-bay ware washing sink are equipped with an indirect drain, so in the future, you must use the "rinse" bay for all food prep. Recommend labeling this bay as "Food Prep Sink.". All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.
Date: 2015-05-06 Type: Inspection Violations: 0 critical, 0 noncritical
