Item 13B: Garbage storage areas not properly constructed or maintained, creating a nuisance Comments: Upon reinspection of the dumpster area in the rear of the Wingate Wyndham Hotel, of which The Twisted Olive Restaurant and Bar rents from the hotel, most violations have been completed. Dumpster lid is finally closed, both 55gal grease drums have lids on and secured by rings. The gate latch is secured by a cable with a locking mechanism. Large debris, cardboard boxes, and some plastic have been removed. However, there is still debris of mulch, dirt, and plastic around dumpster, on ground, that needs to be cleaned up. Spoke with kitchen manager about this and will recheck area for completion.Showed manager the area that still needed to be cleaned up |
