Item 12C: Plumbing and sinks not properly sized, installed, maintained; equipment and floors not properly drained Comments: Back Roads Tavern, reinspection conducted Friday afternoon. All violations cited during the Food Service Establihment inspection on December 8, 2017 have been fixed. Shelf liners have been removed and the shelves and interior of the refrigerator have been cleaned. The table mounted can opener and the meat slicer were found adequately clean, and staff reported employing additional steps in the cleaning process. Kitchen Staff was able to clean the vents and trough of the hood, and a professional cleaner has been scheduled. The walk-in cooler floor and shelving units have received a deep cleaning. The floor throughout the kitchen was found to be adequately cleaned and free of accumulated residue. Staff is complimented for their effort addressing the previous violations. |
