Discussed recent customer who reported "concern" over the condition of the sink and counter at the beverage station in the dining room. The counter was fixed last week, according to owner/operator. Discussed with owner/operator the requirement to have a HACCP for sushi on file and available on-site. Owner reports that he will remove sushi from the menu starting tomorrow, due to the lack of customer interest and food waste. Thermometers available throughout. Ice machine is clean and scoop is properly stored. Current permit is posted.
