Comments: The previous violations have been corrected. The ceiling in the basement was painted and a gutter was added below the waste line above the refrigerator. The metal ceiling has some sections of loose edges that are starting to hang down and must be resecured. Additionally some of the sections are starting to deteriorate such that they are difficult to repair. The ceiling must be resurfaced if the deterioration progresses. the material must be replaced with a light in cooler, nonabsorbent, smooth and easily cleanable material.

Comments: At time of this inspection, operator indicated he has no future plans to use basement employee bathroom as of this time, He was advised to post a sign on door that this bathroom is not to be used by employee as per operator. Therefore, violation 12D from prior inspection on 5/18/16 is no longer valid. All violations from prior inspection on 5/18/16 have been corrected except for violations 8A and 12D. Food temperatures: brown rice 209 degrees F., cooked chicken 42 degrees F., chicken masala 162 degrees F. As per abatements on front cover of file: Food service equipment undef basement waste pipeline and rusted metal and chipping paint remain in basement, operator still has until 9/30/16 to paint or seal sheetrock and unfinished wood in dry good storage area, and all other abatements (obtain chlorine test strips, repair leak in three-bay sink, and obtain CPR equipment/post patron notification sign) have been corrected.

Comments: The Sheetrock and wood in the basement dry goods storage area is unsealed. it must be sealed such that is is smooth and easily cleanable. No patron notification sign we will send. The temperature of products in the main kitchen refrigerator ranged from 44-46 degrees F and the internal thermometer read 44 degrees F. The thermostat was lowered at the time of inspection and per interview was turned down so greens would not freeze. If There is an issue with maintaining refrigeration temperatures additional cold holding units may be required or procedures must change.
