Comments: Curtain Call Catering, inspection conducted Thursday after lunch during prep for tomorrow catered lunches. Discussed daily operations and routine. Business primarily caters to Colgate University meetings and small events. All food contact surfaces observed to be clean and sanitary. Owners complimented for replacing the floor in walk-in cooler. Hair restraints and hand barriers utilized. Discussed with the owner that the hot water supply to tenant's shared restroom will probably not be repaired/replaced. Thermometers installed throughout. All lights are properly shielded.
