Since the last inspection: the walls in the scullery area have been painted, a ceiling has been installed over the ice machine in the basement, the remainder of the bar area was covered with a vinyl floor covering, and a separate ice bin is used at the bar. Digital thermometer available/utilized. Cold holding cole slaw held at 42F. Cole slaw is made weekly on Wednesday. Thermometers installed in all coolers. Ice scoops were found to be properly stored, discussed change in routine at the bar. Discussed the anticipated paint job in the dishwashing and prep area, and the current repair/replacement of faulty light fixtures in progress.
