Comments: Complaint investigation. Mac salad and other pre made items in cooler look good and are dated. Spoke to manager and she stated they make items and hold for 5 days, then throw out. Was dated the 23rd. Discussed hair restraints - advised cook to put one on. Food was held at proper temperatures and discussed making sure food cooked to order was cooked to proper temperatures as well. Discussed making sure servers do not touch food with bare hands when giving it to customers - was not seen during time of inspection. | ||
