Grease behind stove, fryer, and grill has been cleaned and is significantly better. Microwave and countertops were clean. Metal trays on shelf for clean dishes were all clean. Mouse traps set throughout facility and operator stated that 4 mice have been trapped so far. No evidence of new mouse dropping present. Sewage on floor in the basement has been removed and lime was spread. Operator was asked to submit proof showing when the septic tank was last pumped. Chlorine test strips given to operator during inspection, Operator instructed on the use and the requirement to purchase her own. The cause of sewage backup in the basement needs to be further investigated. All floors and grout were scraped and much cleaner. |
