Comments: Their dishes are all flipped onto a clean surface. The utensils were all facing one way in the box. The meat is observed to be stored together in one fridge temped at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The surfaces all appear to be clean. There was no opened food, cooked food, or hazardous food laying around the kitchen. All parts observed appeared to be in compliance with health code. | ||
