Item 14A: Insects, rodents present Comments: Field visit for reinspection on previous inspection, for fruit flies, drain flies, and cockroaches. There was a bombing scheduled by their exterminator last week, it was cancelled and rescheduled for Father's Day. The restaurant closed and prepared for it and exterminators did not show up. It has been rescheduled for this coming Sunday, June 24th. The flies are basically all gone, but there are still quite a number of cockroaches in the dish area, on the dish machine, on the walls, on the surfaces. Return to reinspect next week. |
