Please submit receipt of service or purchase of new dish machine as well as purchase of chlorine test strips to Glens Falls District Office no later than 12-7-2018. Multiple potentially hazardous food items were temped using a metal stem probe thermometer in areas throughout kitchen including top of prep line cooler, bottom of prep line cooler, walk in cooler, and homestyle refrigerator. Temperatures observed were in range at time of inspection.
