Fork handles are not facing same directions in bin and knives in a cup are not handles out. Soda cups found in same location are stored uncovered and dispensed properly. 11A--Absorbant sponge found in sanitizer bucket for wiping counters, not food grade or non absorbant. 11D--Cooler door gaskets throughout kitchen have food build up and bottoms of same units have food debris. 12C--Vegetable washing sink in kitchen is leaking. 12D--Hand drying towel dispenser and toilet paper dispenser in restroom are both empty. 15A--Ceiling tiles missing throughout the kitchen. 15B--Vent hood covers have grease build-up. 16--CPR kit is not present.
