Time table of correction (TTOC) for obtaining adequate cold holding container for transport given for 12/16/16. Temperature of milk in cardboard box was 38F. Temperature of individual cups of tuna were 42F. Observed milk cartons at temperature of 34F in facility's mini refrigeration unit in classroom. Discussed temping items before serving to children.
