Comments: No CPR equipment was provided as required.Floor to wall coving was loose in the dishwashing area. The lights at the end of the kitchen by the TRUE reach-in refrigerator were not operating. There was some debris still present on the ice machine lip and the inside of the lid of the ice machine. The shelves in the walk-in cooler have the bottom shelf sitting so low that one cannot easily clean the floor. The floor area still had debris accumulation. Bare wood pallets were used to hold cases of beer in the walk-in cooler. Bags of baking supplies such as flour and baking soda are open, and not properly resealed or protected from contamination. These supplies were on the shelves in the storeroom. 2X4's and cement blocks were used to support the cases of empty beverage product containers in the area by the mop sink. The wood and the cement blocks were not smooth and easy to clean. The cover was missing from the base of the beer cooler where the compressor is located. The area was open for debris to collect in there and was difficult to maintain. No comparitor was available for the quantenary ammonia test paper strips being utilized at the bar.
