Are making new pizzas to replace old pizzas now. Recommend lowering heat lamps to be closer to pizza corrected 5a- cold pasta salad on line temped at 50dF, macaroni salad tamped at 51dF. both had been on line 45 minuted per employee. both salads in walk in temped at 41dF and 42dF. Bottom of unit temped at 42dF. Recommend metal bowls instead of plastic bowls corrected
