Comments: not serving food regularly, may still do pizza that is cooked at country club and served, but only a few occasions. popcorn and hot dogs also served intermittently. some hot dogs and buns located in walkin cooler with a small jar of olives (measured at 42*F). only other food on site was individual 1.5 ounce bags of chips and ice. ice only used to chill six packs sold to golfers, not used for consumption. fryer, flat top, hot dog roller, pizza warmer, and all coolers and freezer are off and fairly clean.

Comments: the walkin cooler is the only cooler being used at the time of inspection and it is primarily being used for beer. some food is in the cooler from past tournaments and the hot dog stand supplies. operator stated the FSE has not been running all season and is only using the self serve coffee maker, hot dog warmer and popcorn machine. all of the cookin equipment looks like it has not been used in quite sometime kitchen is not actively being used. I asked the operator about the hamburgers and he stated they use the propane grill outside to cook burgers for tournaments. coolers is holding temp at 38 deg F.
