Comments: 2E: Cook on line told me that ther is no accurate footesting thermometer available for monitoring food temps when I asked where it was. Manager produced thermocuple from his office. Corrected. 3C: No sanitary barriers (gloves) were available when I arrived. When I asked to see which garbage the last pair had been tossed into, the manager said they had just been emptied and that shipment was late. Line cook was sent out to purchase some immediately. I observed new gloves arriving and being used. Corrected. 4B: Inspector found one large can of grapefruit juice and one large can of cranberry juice, open, in line cooler near waitress station. Both were voluntarily discarded due to leach marks on inside of cans. Corrected. 8A: Some food stored on floor of coolers. 8B: Butter scoop stored in small bin of stagnant water. 8D: Takeout containers improperly stored. 9C: Manager stepped into help on line and wasn't wearing a hair restraint. 12A: Hot water not available at all hand wash stations. 12C: Handwash sinks not draining properly. 12E: Paper towels missing from waitresses' station handwash sink. 15A: Floors in walk-in show some food debris accumulation.

The product was a precooked, commercialized product, no temperature monitoring conducted during the cooking , cooling processes. Due to the time/temp. - meatloaf was voluntarily discarded at this time. 2A- Food service worker wiped cutting knife on work apron then cut a tuna melt sandwich; not properly washing/ rinsing/sanitizing the knife as required; the sandwich was discarded, proper instruction given. 4A- Unlabeled chemicals stored throughout the food prep, dining area. 11D- Cooler surfaces (bottoms) (inside)- food debris buildup. 12C- Handwash sink (rear) not properly attached to the wall, in disrepair. 12C- Sanitizer hose (Quat) too long, extending into the sink liquid contents. 15A- Ceiling tile missing - exposed insulation- rear food prep area.
