Comments: 11/21/2014: The original report was saved on this IPAD and typed up on 11/21/2014, but it did not show up saved on the DRAFTS page. The automatic dishwasher rinse temperature was reading 172 to 186 degrees F. The walk-in cooler Air Temperature was measured to be 38 degrees F. The chlorine residual measured at the hand-washing sink in the kitchen was greater than 3.0 ppm. The operator expressed her displeasure with my presence from the beginning of the inspection until the time that I left her facility. She made various comments such as, "I'm the only one cooking and you had to come by during my busiest night", "I know that you have the right to come by anytime but this is not fair". She complained every time I asked her a question concerning the kitchen or their food storage areas, making it clear that my presence was very unwelcome. I stopped the inspection after 30 minutes before it led to a confrontation in front of the attending guests. It should be noted that I tried to call this facility at least three times during the previous four days, leaving at least one message on the answering machine stating my name, affiliation, and the fact that I wanted to come by for an inspection. I even called Thursday and heard for the first time the recording that they would be open Friday for Dinner. They open at 5 PM for Dinner and Friday was the only day during this week that they were open. No answer to my message left on their answering machine Monday, November 17, 2014. When I asked the operator if she wanted me to mail the report to her she readily agreed and did not seem to care that she did not sign it. Report mailed.
