I recommend fixing the gasket on the walk-in freezer. Be sure to clean underneath the stoves and appliances. Discussion with operator about keeping a prep sink and hand-wash sink separate and designated for their own separate functions. Meat slicer, can openers and potato slicer are to be washed and sanitized after every use.
