Comments: facility is fairly clean. leach field, no signs of failure at time of inspection. kitchen water system chlorine residual measured as 1.5 and matches what the facility has written in for today and tomorrow. tr chlorine residual also measured as 1.5, but not yet done for today and last recorded as 1.5. also fire extinguishers at the tr are expired and due for inspection. discussed complaint with staff, they knew that was not an acceptable response and were surprised. they knew to cook chicken to 165*F, and they also had the appropriate equipment to check temperatures as needed. as for smoking, they do smoke outside of the kitchen at the loading dock, but remove all cigarette butts and wash hands afterwards.
