Operator indicates she will be open officially June 11, 2015. Bottle of Poland Spring water (in refrigerator) temp. was 38 deg. F. Upon review, violation 15C, cited during the 9/25/14 inspection has not been corrected. An abatement that was included in the enforcement action issued on 10/14/2014 required that the 15C violation was to have been corrected by 10/31/14. This abatement must be completed by July 1, 2015.
