Comments: Please paint the small section of the wall that was repaired in the kitchen. The walls and ceiling in the room where the ice machine is located have been painted. Black Hawk brand 4' X 6' rubber mats have been installed in the walk-in cooler. Discussed cooling, provided a cooling log and asked the owner to complete the log at least once a month for a food item that is cooled for later use. Food temperatures measured: sliced tomatoes = 42 F, steak = 40 F, roasted peppers = 36 F, clam chowder = 172 F. The ANSUL Fire suppression system has not been inspected since 2013.
