Comments: Per interview with the cook and camp staff, deli meat sandwiches are taken on the recent hiking trip without active cold holding during the hike to the top. Per interview the hikes could take up to an hour and a half to reach the top. Information on applying for TPHC (time as a public health control) was provided.
