They filled out a new request which will be submitted to the appropriate person in our office. The stuffed rolls that were reported to be stored at room temperature on the previous inspection report are now being cooled and stored in one of the low boy coolers until an order is received. The rolls are then heated up at the time that the order is filled. They are not being stored using Time as a Public Health Control. Report e-mailed. |
