Held a meeting with Supt. of Maintenance and Cafeteria Manager. Superintendent will have sharp edge on stove filed down so that workers will no longer catch clothing on sharp edge and will remove last vestiges of duct tape from the top corner area of stove to return stove top to a cleanable state. Additionally, we inspected the diamond plate floor in walk-in cooler and held an extensive discussion about that floor. No violations are noted at this time.
