(2) susci rolls at 62 degrees F. on the buffet table and had been there for 3.5 hrs. Corrected by discarding the rolls. (3) bottle of prescription medicine stored with food in the reach-in cooler. Corrected by removing the medicine. (4) Cooked chicken was 71-80 degrees and sitting out at room temperature after the cooking which the cook stated had just been done. Corrected by placing the chicken into the cooler.
