Check of temperatures ok. Discussed storage of sliced cold cuts for subs- to be kept in open bin, and removal of cardboard from walk-in cooler shelving. Discussed complaint with regard to bare hand contact and availability of hand soap. At time of inspection, restroom adequately stocked with soap and hand towels. Additional soap available in kitchen prep area. Per operator all staff are instructed to wash when leaving restroom and when returning to kitchen, a second wash is required. Staff observed utilizing gloves for vegetable preparation for ready to eat items. Will use either gloved hand or tongs to apply basil garnish on pizza, as it does not undergo secondary kill step.
