Comments: The condensate line for the walk in cooler on the lower level drains to its exterior into a pail which is emptied and sanitized daily. This area is on a concrete slab right next to the lake so there is no way to drain it out. Since it is typically clean water vapor being drained, unless a viable option can be found, the pail being used as a receptacle must be maintained daily. This operation only operates seasonally for under five months.
