This sink has a detergent and Oasis 146 sanitizer disperser mounted above it. This sink cannot be used as a food prep sink due to the potential for cross contamination. 3. Dirty mop water is dumped down a floor drain at the end of the night. All employees must dump dirty mop water in designated mop sink near chef's office. Must correct all violations no later than September 20, 2013.
