Comments: Comment only: Thermometer located inside bar cooler read 50 degrees F. Using a metal stem probe thermometer, several temps of items in this cooler were taken and temps ranged from 45 to 46F. As precaution, Joelle moved all items that require refrigeration to a properly functioning cooler immediately. Do not place an items in this cooler that require refrigeration until the cooler has been serviced and can cold hold all items at or below 45 degrees F at all times. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 7/29/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 7/29/15.
