Temperature of pizza out of oven was 202 degrees. Manager noted recent work, where dining room ceiling was painted recently. |

Temperatures cold buffet range 38 degees Fahreheit to 45 depending upon the item and location in container. Thermometer indicates 28 in the cold space below food. hot buffet, temperatures range 100 to 150 depending on the item , marinara is 184. out of oven a buffalo chicken pizza was 205 and the veggie lovers pizza was 155 both satisfactory Hot buffet items are discarded every 20 minutes regardless of temperature. Make sure the staff who is refreshing the item is resetting the discard clock at the buffet. |
