The water was at 134'F and way to hot for anyone to properly be able to wash their hands. Person in charge turned on the cold water during the inspection and informed inspecter that sink would be properly working by next week.

A pest control company came (Platinum Pest Control) and installed 8 exterior bait stations, installed 11 interior tin cats, and returned to check any activity in bait stations (nothing found). Rest of kitchen has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Removal of these items will lessen areas of harborage and help make cleaning of restaurant easier. Traps must be replaced with enclosed traps. The owner is in contact with a Pest Control Company and is actively working on the situation. Re-inspection is required. All food, including bags of flour must be protected from possible rodent contamination.
