Ambient air temperature of cooler was 48 degrees F. Spoke to worker, stated that the foods in the cooler have been in the unit greater than 2 hours. Worker voluntarily discarded 3 chicken breasts, 2 chicken wings, about 2 cups of taco meat, about 1-2 lbs of cheese, about 2 lbs of sour cream, and about 3 pounds of luncheon meats. Potentially hazardous foods will be stored in walk-in cooler, <45 degrees F, until cooler is repaired to operate at <45, until cooler is repaired and operates at <45 degrees F. 8A - Sanitizing solution stored in window cleaner bottle not properly labeled for contents, CORRECTED. 10A - cutting board by pizza ovens is discolored, deep groves with food debris, CORRECTED. Pizza sauce ladel wrapped with duct tape, not food grade. 8A - Box of lettuce stored directly on floor in walk-in cooler.
