Comments: 9B Witnessed multiple patrons smoking at time of inspection. There was no effort by the bartender to supress this activity until after I arrived. Ash trays were provided and cigarette lighters are for sale behind the bar. Issued a" Notice to Discontinue" at this time citing CIAA. Repeat 1B Can of drink mixtue found stored in ice bin behind bar at time of inspection. Ice was also used in drinks.Product and was voluntarily removed and new ice was added. Corrected 2E No thermometer available to accurately test food at time of inspection (0dF - 220dF metal probe type or similar device suggested) Repeat 12A Hot water was not provided at faucet in men's room sink 14C Found a one gal container of "Ortho Home Defense" bug killer on shelf on basement stairs
