Product stem thermometer available and calibrated. Discussed options for repairing the base of the refrigerator, and options for shielding lights. The refrigerator in the bar has been fixed. The ice machine interior is maintained clean. This inspector observed improved cleanliness and maintenance since last time in restaurant 2 years ago. Hair restraints and hand barriers used.
