| Comments: Comment: No violations observed. Menu served on day of inspection included: ham, french toast, bake beans, banana and milk. Salad or Buffalo chicken wrap with carrots and apple were also available. All menu items served today were prepared in the Middle school kitchen except for the salad and wrap meals. More complex meals served at Middle School Kitchen are prepared at the High School kitchen and transported hot and immediately served. Although, hot holding ovens and steam tables are present at Middle School kitchen. Inspection included: verifying accuracy of food probe thermometer, checking for proper hot (greater than 140F) and cold (less than 45F) holding, availability of fully equipped handwash station, proper concentration of sanitizer for wiping cloths, sanitizing of dishes by dish washer and general sanitation. | ||
