The temperature was 125F in hot holding. This was corrected by reheating the chili on the stove and checking the temperature and it was 200F. The Kenmore freezer is missing a thermometer. This was corrected by placing a new one inside. Lights in the kitchen are missing end caps. The exhaust hood has an accumulation of grease on it. The floor beneath the deep fryers has grease on them.The ill foodworker policy was discussed. |
