The walkin cooler has had issues and is being used as dry storage right now. the vegetable prep sink has been moved away from the mop sink and the sprayer is the only part of the faucet that works it does have an indirect drain. Mop sink was installed and hard plumbed in next to the dish washer therefor because it no longer has an indirect drain the hose laying in the bottom is now a violation. Education provided. facility is organized . OWTS seems to be mowed from last fall . Kitchen has purchased some new equipment a large stand up SS fridge has been purchased to replace the walkin. It seems to be sufficient. |
