Comments: Proper glove usage was observed, new floor was put in cooking area of the facility. All cold and hot holding temperatures tested acceptable milk was tested at 43 F. hotdogs tested at 152F. Upon arrival no probe thermometer available, one was provided before completion of inspection. Educated operator that probe thermometer to measure from 0 to 220 must be available for use at all times.
