Complainant called the facility on 12/3/2016 to use the store credit and was told that credit may be used for pick-up only; because credit does not cover delivery charges. The complainant became agitated by this stipulation. NOTE: Cortland Fat Jacks does NOT currently offer catering in any fashion. |
