Wall located behind the fryers and grill adequately clean. Owner states floors, walls, and equipment in the back kitchen are now being cleaned on a weekly basis. Ventilation hood located above the fryers adequately clean. New cutting board affixed to the Migali sandwich cooler located at the deli counter. Discussed washing vegetables prior to service.
